  1. Welcome to WinTalk!  This file contains last-minute information, new
  2. features, and bugs fixed.  The file WINTALK.DOC contains installation
  3. and usage information.

  8.        Please make sure you are running winsock v1.12beta or later!
  9.    (1.12 is available at vax.ftp.com:/support/winsock/beta/wsbeta.exe)
